BETWEEN REALITY AND MEMORIES
Built from no actual plan or idea, the series is a creation of pure play, allowing for abandonment of any impulse-control. Rather than being a singular vision manipulated by the photographer, the pictures are collaborations - stemming from moments coloured by naive freedom and complete trust.
You could view them as diary-moments, capturing the collective sense of existing at those very instances. Their unplanned, almost dreamlike nature, make them something inherently unique, as recreation becomes impossible. That they are romanticised dreams rather than reality is obvious. Nonetheless, that is exactly how treasured memories are often remembered: dreamlike impressions of something that has passed and the minds recollection of what has been lost.
